According to Heat reporter Greg Sylvander tweeting, it was reported that Kelly Orique has executed a $12.2 million player option for his 2020-21 season.
Olynyk signed a four-year, $50 million contract with the Heat in the summer of 2017, with the final year being a player option. Last season he averaged 8.2 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game and shot 40.6 percent from three-point range. He briefly fell out of the regular rotation in the playoffs, but the Finals were impressive for his outstanding performance during Adebayo's injured absence.
