It is understood that Shandong Huifusheng (Leling) Co., Ltd. originally planned to use coal tar for production, due to the complex composition of coal tar, the indicators of nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide and dust produced after combustion are relatively high. To this end, the company carried out a green kiln transformation and changed it to burning natural gas.

"In order to do a good job in environmental protection work and provide convenience for enterprises, the central heating project we introduced uses micro-coal atomization technology, and after completion, the annual steam production capacity can reach more than 630,000 tons, which can provide continuous and stable high-quality steam and heat sources for more than 50 enterprises in the park, replace the self-owned coal-fired boilers of the enterprises in the park, and improve energy utilization." At the same time, it can save about 10,000 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 26,000 tons per year, and has been completed and started trial operation. The relevant person in charge of the town said that the small boilers of less than 10 tons registered in the town have all been changed to use clean energy or access to the central heating pipe network in accordance with environmental protection requirements.

In order to further do a good job in environmental protection work, since the end of October, Tieying Town has listed 12 rectification tasks in view of the hidden dangers of environmental safety such as air pollution and water pollution in its jurisdiction, and carried out the "100-day Battle" to create a production and living environment for the masses.

In the dust control work, the town strictly follows the dust suppression requirements of "enclosure, canopy, hardening, washing, and spraying", and continues to increase the service supervision of commercial and mixed enterprises. At present, the commercial and mixed enterprises are accelerating the promotion of rectification measures, 3 material stacking enterprises have stopped production and transformation, and atomization spray facilities will be installed to further suppress dust generation.

Since the beginning of this year, the town has paid attention to the coordinated development of economy, ecology and environment, asked for space for structural emission reduction, raised the entry threshold of projects, and discouraged and rejected 5 projects that did not meet environmental protection requirements in 2016. Vigorously promote the construction of sewage treatment projects in the park, actively introduce the dezhou solid waste treatment center project, and give priority to the development of ecological projects such as photovoltaic power generation and three-dimensional agriculture, effectively promoting energy conservation, emission reduction and consumption reduction. The town has passed the "ISO14001 environmental management system certification", "provincial ecological park" construction expert demonstration review, "national ecological township" audit, and won the title of "provincial urban mineral demonstration park".

At the same time, the town has established a supervision mechanism of "town supervision, village implementation, and group joint defense", strengthened the main responsibility of town, village and group grid management, implemented a network control system of "town cadres packing villages, village cadres package groups, and group cadres packing households and parcels of land", carrying out daily inspections to form a multi-level and three-dimensional supervision system. And increase the intensity of publicity and mobilization, using radio, television, loudspeakers, slogans, banners, leaflets and other effective publicity methods to publicize environmental protection related laws and regulations and policy provisions. It has effectively curbed environmental pollution behaviors such as straw burning, garbage dumping, and direct sewage discharge.

Up to now, the town has dispatched more than 240 environmental protection inspectors, supervised 55 vehicles, inspected 36 enterprises, completed 8 rectifications, issued rectification opinions to 5 enterprises, and shut down 2 illegal enterprises.
