The 6th General Assembly of Shanghai Baoshan Football Association was held today, and more social forces were elected as new directors as the biggest highlight of this year's District Football Association. At the conference, Zhu Guanghu, former head coach of the men's national football team and now technical director of the Shanghai Football Association, was appointed as the honorary chairman of the Baoshan Football Association, Zhu Da, vice chairman of the Shanghai Municipal Foundation for the Elderly, Cheng Liuyi, former secretary of the Party Working Committee of Wusong Street in Baoshan District, and Cheng Mingliang, former president of the Baoshan Football Association, as honorary advisers. In addition, fresh forces from all walks of life such as the education industry, enterprises, clubs and other industries have also actively participated, and the number of council members has increased from 12 to 33 in the previous session, and more social forces will jointly promote the better development of Baoshan football in the future.

At the scene of the event, Shen Yadong, the new president and chairman of Yayu Holding Group Co., Ltd., made a report on the work of the Football Association to the conference. The new Baoshan Football Association will closely unite the member units of the associations and focus on the work from four aspects, such as consolidating the foundation for development, strengthening the construction of the team, creating social football brand events, and improving the quality of regional youth training, so as to create a vigorous and orderly development atmosphere for the development of football in Baoshan District.

Liu Haiguang, chairman of the Shanghai Football Association, congratulated the new leadership team of the Baoshan Football Association on behalf of the Shanghai Football Association, and hoped that the Baoshan Football Association would do a good job in popularizing and promoting football activities, further rallying the strength of all parties, and promoting the improvement of social football events in the district.
