China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Modern Agricultural Industry Technology Innovation Professional Competition and the First National Modern Agricultural Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is a national event organized by the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, adhering to the model of "government guidance, public welfare support, and market mechanism", discovering and excavating key technology innovation and entrepreneurship enterprises and projects in the field of rural revitalization and modern agriculture, accelerating the industrialization of key core technologies in agriculture, continuously stimulating market vitality, promoting the effective integration of innovation chain, industrial chain and capital chain, comprehensively promoting rural revitalization, and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.
Competition settings and conditions of participation
The participating projects are divided into two groups: start-up group and growth group, and the modern agricultural industry technology innovation professional competition adopts a combination of online and offline methods throughout the whole process.

The national competition is contested according to the start-up group and the growth enterprise group. Enterprises and teams with a business registration time within three years can participate in the start-up group competition, and enterprises with an industrial and commercial registration time of more than three years can participate in the growth enterprise group competition.
Contest Process
Stage 1
Online registration: Those who meet the participation requirements can voluntarily log on to the official website of the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (www.cxcyds.com) and click "Modern Agricultural Industry Technology Innovation Professional Competition" to register.

Qualification confirmation: The organizer organizes experts to review the projects and conditions of the registered enterprises, and at the same time meets the conditions of the participating enterprises to enter the preliminary competition.
Stage 2
November 8-10
Online Preliminary Round: The preliminary round adopts the method of online review, and the judges review the written materials submitted by the participating enterprises. The judges are made up of technical and investment experts. The companies selected in each group of the preliminary round will enter the semi-finals.
November 20-24
National Semifinals: The national semifinals take the form of online roadshow defenses. Participating companies carry out online roadshows in the form of videos, texts, etc., communicate online with experts, publicly score points, and announce results on the spot. After the national semi-finals, each group selected the outstanding enterprises of the competition to advance to the national finals.

National Finals: The finals adopt the selection method of "on-site defense and bright scores on the spot", and the judges are mainly venture capital experts. The national finals were conducted through a live roadshow in the Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industry Demonstration Zone, and the competition was open to the audience and broadcast live through the relevant network platforms.

The following support policies are available
(1) Support the use of germplasm resource banks by seed enterprises that integrate breeding and breeding, and give support funds of up to 30 million yuan in the cultivation of new varieties, the introduction of advanced breeding methods and technical equipment, and international production capacity cooperation in the seed industry.
(2) For the regulated service enterprises with national headquarters and regional headquarters settled in Yangling, the maximum subsidy is 1 million yuan and 500,000 yuan per household respectively. Headquarters enterprises in the modern service industry shall be rewarded according to the local retained part of the tax payment, up to a maximum of 5 million yuan.
(3) Support the independent construction of public service platforms such as inspection and testing, pilot maturation, and shared experiments, and give subsidies of up to 1 million yuan according to actual investment.
(4) For enterprises that are listed on the domestic stock exchange for the first time, a subsidy of 1.5 million yuan will be given to those who are on the basis of counseling and filing with the Shaanxi Securities Regulatory Bureau, a subsidy of 2.5 million yuan will be given to those who submit listing application materials to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and where the funds raised by the enterprise are successfully listed, the subsidy will be given according to 5/1000 of the net amount of funds raised, and the maximum subsidy fund will not exceed 6 million yuan.
(5) For large-scale e-commerce and supply chain enterprises with an annual order volume of more than 1 million orders for logistics express delivery, a subsidy of 10% of the annual logistics express cost will be given, and the maximum amount of a single enterprise shall not exceed 500,000 yuan.
(6) Give priority to enjoying special policies for high-level talents in demonstration zones. For the top talents at home and abroad, national-level leading talents and local-level leading talents who establish enterprises or carry out industrialization business activities in Yangling, a one-time project supporting award of not more than 6 million yuan, 4 million yuan and 1.2 million yuan will be given with reference to the actual investment amount; if the entrepreneurial team members are identified as high-level entrepreneurial talents in the demonstration area, a one-time reward of 200,000 yuan and a housing subsidy of 100,000 yuan will be given.
(7) Give priority to supporting the development of Yangling entry zone, and give preferential treatment in land, taxation, financing, etc.

(4) Modern agricultural innovation and entrepreneurship investment matchmaking meeting. Carry out project promotion and roadshows, and invite venture capital institutions and financial institutions to negotiate and dock.
(5) Innovation and entrepreneurship into the campus theme report meeting. Invite well-known entrepreneurs to walk into Northwest A&F University and Yangling Vocational and Technical College to share the theme of innovation and entrepreneurship.
