Aquatic Frontiers: Entrepreneurship, what opportunities do you see?

Zeng Xudong: The combination of aquatic inputs and feed is the trend of industry development. In the past ten years, major feed enterprises have gradually stepped into aquatic inputs, changing the previous situation of clear and distinct feed and aquatic inputs. However, there are very few companies that purposefully position inputs as offensive products, and most feed companies are because they see that their peers have done it, and they feel that they also have to have it, and the feed profit space is declining, and they need one more profit channel, so most of them take the way of OEM and OEM, and do not have their own technical research and development team.

In recent years, the combination of aquatic inputs and feed in the true sense, such as fermentation material, has appeared, but we believe that this is only one of the ways to integrate the two, and the next 10 years must be an era of deep integration of inputs and feed, and there will be more fusion products. We have our own thinking, we want to combine the inputs with feed to make a convenient functional material, for the various problems in the breeding process, to provide functional products with corresponding solutions. At present, the proportion of young breeding groups in aquaculture continues to increase, the convenience of products in the application scenario is their main need; at the same time, the difficulty of disease prevention and control in aquaculture is higher than that of terrestrial animals, which brings certain obstacles to the standardization of the breeding process, and we believe that the repositioning of functional materials can be used as similar to the existence of "aquatic vaccines" to predict the protection of phased diseases, thereby improving the survival rate, increasing the efficiency of breeding, and promoting the process of intensive and large-scale production.

Aquatic Frontiers: How do you view the competitive situation in the industry you are facing?

Zeng Xudong: In terms of the combination of aquatic inputs and feed, we are basically on the same starting line with large feed enterprises, and even with the R&D experience and technical team advantages accumulated by Yumeikang in the field of aquatic inputs for many years, we may be ahead of large feed enterprises in some aspects.

Many small and medium-sized feed companies have a hard time surviving, and we think that the main reason is the lack of characteristics, and we can't remember what fist products it has. And those who have found the positioning and can highlight the characteristics of the product, regardless of the size of the life is still very moist. Therefore, small and medium-sized feed companies, including those like the fledgling Fumeikang, the key is that the product should be able to bring value to the terminal, or bring inspiration to the industry, let the market remember your products, and then have a good team, so that it can still develop.

Aquatic Frontiers: What is the current progress of Fumeikang? What voices do you want to convey to the outside world?

Zeng Xudong: In addition to the self-built factory in Yueyang, Hunan, we have laid out two production bases in Dafeng, Yancheng, Jiangsu Province, and Jiangmen, Guangdong Province, through cooperation, and the total number of feed production lines in the three bases has reached 18. Among them, the Jiangmen factory signed in mid-September has 2 shrimp lines, 1 granular material line, 3 puffed material lines and 2 powder lines, which is currently the factory with the largest production line in our base.

Three factories are ready to form a team of 200 people inside and outside, at the team level we are committed to creating a "lifelong culture": first, the team members should treat the aquatic industry as a lifelong career; second, for those who agree with the cultural concept of Fumeikang and contribute to Fumeikang have the opportunity to become our shareholders and make Fumeikang a lifelong career; third, the sales staff in the feed industry is very mobile, very insecure, and the larger the sales volume, the more insecure it is, because the tasks are increasing every year. The larger the sales volume, the higher the task, the more insecure it is. We will change the traditional model of setting tasks every year, divide sales into 5 levels, corresponding treatment and commission, and really do how much salary and income they decide, the larger the sales volume, the higher the income, the more stable, and establish a culture and system that can work for a lifetime; we do not blindly pursue scale, pursue the stability of the team, customers and users, and give customers and teams space and security to operate the market.

Zeng Xudong: We mainly do shrimp and crab, freshwater fish functional materials and animal protection, and have developed three series of products: Fu series, Beauty series and Kang series. Fu series is a nutritional functional material, providing nutrition and enhancing immunity; the United States series is a fully cured fermentation functional material; the Kang series is a health care therapeutic functional material, which can be used for long-term health care, and can also be prevented and treated for different common diseases.

In terms of market expansion, starting from October, we will draw 100 people from the service team of Yumeikang to carry out "Orange Storm" publicity and promotion within 100 kilometers of the three factories in the Pearl River Delta, Jiangsu and Hunan, which is believed to bring some shock to the market.
