LaMarcus Aldridge became the 48th player in NBA history to score 20,000 points

Just over six months ago in April, LaMarcus Aldridge announced his retirement from the NBA because of his irregular heartbeat. He rejoined the Brooklyn Nets in September after his doctors fully approved him to play.

On Friday night, with 1:58 left in the third quarter, the seven-time All-Star jumped 22 feet to reach his career 20,000. Aldridge scored 21 points on 10-of-16 shooting in Brooklyn to win 105-98 against Indiana.

Aldridge became the 48th player in league history and the 7th active player to score 20,000 points, and he was selected alongside LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Kevin Durant, James Harden, Russell Westbrook and Chris Paul. Like can click a follow ha!
