Golden autumn in October, the fragrance of dangui wafting. Under the overall arrangement of the Moral Education Office, the second grade of Longyuanhu School in Jiaozuo City held a parents' meeting for the whole grade around the implementation of the "double reduction" policy.
First of all, in order to hold this parent-teacher conference in a more targeted manner, before the meeting, we conducted a questionnaire survey on parents through the questionnaire star throughout the whole grade, and through the survey results, we learned about parents' understanding of the "double reduction" policy and the confusion caused in family education.
Before the parent-teacher conference, we collected a total of 387 questionnaires, and the questions from parents mainly focused on the following aspects: First, the understanding of the "double reduction" policy was not thorough enough. Second, how to cultivate good living and study habits in the lower grades. Third, there are difficulties in operation guidance. What are the learning priorities for the fourth and second grades? Fifth, how parents cooperate with the work of the school.
At the meeting, the class teachers had relevant exchanges and discussions with parents in response to the above issues. At the same time, by carefully watching the video recorded by President Li for everyone with the theme of "How to Spend the Weekend After double subtraction", parents further realized that "double subtraction" does not mean that children let themselves go and let parents let go, but to truly change a way of thinking. After the "double subtraction", parents should pay more attention to the all-round cultivation of their children, and parents should pay more attention to improving themselves.
After that, the class teachers and classroom teachers combined the changes that have taken place among the children in the class since the implementation of the "double reduction" policy this semester and the parents have a cordial exchange, and will make sincere communication one by one about the work that needs the cooperation of parents in the future teaching.
The classes also invited outstanding parents who have implemented the "double reduction" policy in the family to share, set an example for other parents, and recommend a common book "Milk Honey Salt" for parents on how to be parents. It is hoped that all parents can adjust their mentality and concepts in the family, meet the challenges, implement the "double reduction" policy well, and return to the role of parents.
Through this parent-teacher meeting, parents have a deeper thinking and understanding of the "double reduction" policy: "double reduction" is not to leave it alone, in the future family education, we will strive to build a good family atmosphere for children, while cultivating children's good living and learning habits, ensuring children's sleep time and sleep quality, cultivating children's interests and hobbies and strengths, so that children have a healthy physique, five education at the same time, become a lifelong athlete, responsibility bearer, problem solver and elegant life.
