From September 20 to 23, the world's attention-watched 2019 World Manufacturing Conference was held in Hefei, Anhui Province. Invited by the World Manufacturing Conference Committee, Anhui Green Sea Commercial Vocational College once again selected a group of outstanding young volunteers with high quality, good manners and strong ability to serve the conference.
The spirit of the oath to the master to go out
A few days ago, the volunteer expedition ceremony of the "2019 World Manufacturing Conference" of Anhui Green Sea Commercial Vocational College was held on the second floor of the college gymnasium, and Zhang Yiting, deputy secretary of the party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the college, and heads of various departments and relevant departments attended the ceremony. More than 20 selected volunteers and all the young volunteers of the College attended the conference.
At the expedition ceremony, Yu Pei, a student from the Department of Economics, Trade and Tourism, spoke as a volunteer representative, and she called on volunteers to wholeheartedly do a good job in the service work of the World Manufacturing Conference, showing a beautiful business card for Green Sea College. Li Xue, a student from the Department of Industry and Commerce, led the volunteers to take a solemn oath, and the volunteers promised to devote themselves to the next volunteer activities with full spirit and high morale, showing the high quality and professional skills of the green sea people, and winning glory for the green sea. On behalf of the college, Zhang Yiting extended cordial greetings to the young volunteers participating in the World Manufacturing Conference, encouraged the volunteers to interpret the connotation of volunteerism in perseverance and dedication, carry forward the beautiful style of the gold medal volunteers of the Green Sea, and put forward hopes: firmly remember and practice the "Green Sea Students' Action Plan"; uphold the volunteer spirit of "dedication, fraternity, mutual assistance and progress"; practice the service concept of "service is no small matter, responsibility is heavier than the mountain"; and carry forward the spirit of the school motto of "Hai Na Bai Chuan And Governing the World".
Well organized and fully committed
It is reported that on September 3, after receiving the invitation from the Secretariat of the Hefei Municipal Committee of the World Manufacturing Conference, the college immediately organized the selection, and after layers of interviews and screening, more than 20 outstanding young volunteers were selected. Subsequently, the selected volunteers received intensive training to learn about provincial and municipal conditions, team management, emergency care, psychological adjustment, social etiquette and so on.
College volunteers began to provide volunteer services for the conference from the 12th, the longest volunteer post service days reached 12 days, respectively, in the registration service, venue service, exhibition coordination, administrative assistant and pick-up station and other 5 different positions to provide volunteer services, as an international event "image", a "window" of internal and external exchanges, a "business card" to show the style, they will use youth to smile together, serve the conference activities.
The spirit of the Green Sea is passed down from generation to generation
In May 2018, the 2018 World Manufacturing Conference and the 2018 China International Emblem Merchants Conference were held in Hefei World Manufacturing Conference, Anhui Luhai Business Vocational College, as the only vocational college in the province, was invited to participate in volunteer service, and more than 30 volunteers were enthusiastic and thoughtful, professional and standardized services, contributing to making the conference an internationally influential, domestic first-class intelligent manufacturing event, thanked and praised by the commission, and became the image ambassador of sowing volunteer culture and green sea culture.
All along, Anhui Green Sea Business Vocational College has actively carried out various youth volunteer service work, and has won many honorary titles such as the 11th "Anhui Young Volunteer Excellent Organization Award" and the "Best Volunteer Team" awarded by shanghai world expo bureau. He has served the Fourth National Sports Congress, the National Two Sessions, the World Expo, the World Swimming Championships, the Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival, the Central Enterprise Matchmaking Conference, the China Expo, the International Emblem Merchants Conference and other competitions, and has served enthusiastically on the international and national stages, showing his skills and being highly recognized by the organizers. Among them, at the World Expo, the 10th Central China Expo and the 2017 International Emblem Merchants Conference, the youth volunteer service team of Anhui Luhai Business Vocational College participated in volunteer service as the only college in the province.
The 2019 World Manufacturing Conference is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, etc., with the theme of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Towards a New Era of Manufacturing". More than 4,000 domestic and foreign guests from more than 60 countries and regions such as Germany, the United Kingdom and France attended the conference. Executives of more than 70 overseas Fortune 500 companies attended the meeting. The conference focuses on new products, new technologies and new models, highlights the positioning of "national, world and manufacturing", fully integrates elements such as "Yangtze River Delta integration", "central rise" and "Anhui characteristics", and concentrates on displaying the highlights and characteristics of current international and Chinese high-end manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing.
