The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to improve the position and strengthen confidence. All levels of the city should combine the study and comprehension of the spirit of the "two sessions" in Fujian Province with the implementation of the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the spirit of the Party Congress of Fujian Province and Quanzhou City, and strive to make more contributions to the overall situation of the development of the whole province and Quanzhou City. We must integrate into the overall situation and be brave enough to be the pioneer.
