After introducing the state's situation in his speech, Yang Bin expressed his gratitude to Yunnan Power Grid Co., Ltd. for its concern and support for the economic and social development of our state over the years. He said: Electric power is an important basic industry that has a bearing on the national economy and the people's livelihood. During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the average annual GDP growth rate of our state was 9.4%, ranking third in the province, reaching 137.2 billion yuan in 2020; the per capita GDP reached 56,433 yuan, more than double that of 2015, ranking fourth in the province; the average annual growth rate of fixed asset investment was 19.9%, ranking third in the province, and the economic and social development made historic achievements; the cumulative investment in the power grid in our state was 5.2 billion yuan, consolidating and improving its position as an energy hub in the southwest region. Electricity provides strong support for the economic and social development of the whole state.
Yang Bin pointed out that the on-site office meeting of Chuxiong of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government pointed out the positioning of Chuxiong in the overall development of the province, and clearly put forward the future development goals, key tasks and realization paths of Chuxiong. At present, our state is in a critical period of high-quality development, the development environment is superior, the space is vast, the potential is huge, the development is promising, the development is promising, and the market space will be expanded for electricity. The signing of the strategic framework agreement marks a new step in cooperation between the two sides, and it is hoped that the two sides will take this opportunity to create more business opportunities, harvest more results, and jointly create a new future for the high-quality development of the "14th Five-Year Plan". Gan Lin said that the development of power grid enterprises can not be separated from the support of the government, Yunnan Power Grid Co., Ltd. will give full play to its own advantages, combined with the actual development of Chuxiong, in terms of power supply, new energy project construction, etc., to provide strong support, for the construction of Chuxiong Prefecture into a rising growth pole in central Yunnan, modern agricultural demonstration area, national unity and progress demonstration zone to make due contributions.
