In fact, the miluo reservoir precious fish breeding farm has been dealing with Yonghui supermarket for several years. Over the years, the Xiang crucian carp in the Dongting Lake area has been the star breed of its breeding and sales, and Zhang Wei has provided it with more than 1 million seedlings every year.
After the epidemic was gradually lifted, the supply of fresh fish in Yonghui Supermarket was in short supply, especially the sales of crucian carp were "broken", and they had to come to Hunan to transfer transportation, and Miluo naturally became their first choice for purchasing goods.
"Years ago, the shipment price was 4.2 yuan per kilogram, and this year it was 5.5 yuan; it was sold before it was produced, and there was a market for it." Every two days, 10,000 catties of goods are shipped, Zhang Wei is cost-effective, according to the growth rate of his own fish fry, half a year later, he can supply 500,000 catties, the amount of fish is not enough, he also organized the mobilization from the surrounding breeding households.
Xiang crucian carp is a unique hybrid of red crucian carp in Dongting Lake District as the mother and Xiangjiang wild carp as the father, with fast growth rate, large size and good meat quality, "Yonghui has strict requirements for fresh fish, 3 times the test standard, before placing an order. This also made Zhang Wei very happy, and he was quite optimistic about the prospects of Xiang crucian carp farming.
