On October 27, the Social and Legal Affairs Committee of the Linyi County CPPCC Held a Consultation and Discussion on Promoting the Full Coverage project of Central Heating in the County Urban Area, and Yang Wenbin, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC County, attended the meeting and made a speech.
At the meeting, Qian Li, a member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, briefed on the preliminary investigation and visit and the problems found, the relevant person in charge of the Housing and Construction Bureau reported on the progress of the county's central heating coverage, and the person in charge of the community office explained the situation of promoting the connection of heating in the community. Yang Zhimin, Qian Li, Shi Xi, Qian Lin and other 6 members asked questions about the problems existing in the current central heating work, and talked about specific opinions and suggestions on improving heat supply quality, improving heating service methods, and realizing the diversification of heat sales methods. The person in charge of the heating company answered the relevant questions raised by the committee members one by one.
Yang Wenbin fully affirmed the work done by various departments in accelerating the connection of heat sources and expanding the heating area. He pointed out that the full coverage of central heating is a major event related to the cold and warm of the masses and the harmony and stability of society, and it is a people's livelihood problem and people's heart project that the county party committee and county government are highly concerned about. Carrying out such consultations, keeping a close eye on the people's livelihood and grasping hot spots, will effectively promote work and promote development.
Yang Wenbin stressed that the heating work points are multi-faceted and wide-ranging, involving many departments and links, in the process of promoting the full coverage of central heating, all levels and departments should unite as one, make concerted efforts, accelerate the progress of the project, and ensure timely heating; we must fully plan, do a good job in planning and design, improve relevant supporting facilities, and ensure the smooth progress of heating work; we must increase the publicity of central heating related content, smooth service channels, and help the masses solve problems in a timely manner; CPPCC members should further uphold the feelings of the people and focus on the hot spots and difficulties that the masses care about.
