Notice of the Ningde Municipal People's Government on the Appointment and Dismissal of Wang Hongliang and Other Posts

After research, it was decided that:

Wang Hongliang is the deputy secretary-general of Ningde Municipal People's Government;

Liu Shanchang was appointed deputy secretary general of the Ningde Municipal People's Government, and was dismissed from his posts as deputy director of the office of the Ningde Municipal People's Government and director of the Legislative Affairs Office;

Zhou Zhengming served as deputy director of the office of the Ningde Municipal People's Government and was removed from his post as director of the Inspection Office of the Ningde Municipal People's Government;

Ruan Huibin is the deputy director of the Economic and Information Commission of Ningde City;

Xu Xiaomiao is the deputy director of Ningde Transportation Bureau;

Li Shaoyu served as deputy director of the Ningde Municipal Bureau of Commerce (probationary period of one year);

Wu Chunfang is the deputy director of the Ningde Municipal Sports Bureau;

Cui Jing served as deputy director of Ningde Municipal Tourism Bureau;

Ye Jiashuang served as the deputy director of Ningde Administration for Industry and Commerce;

Chen Gongming is the deputy researcher of the management committee of Fujian Fu'an Economic Development Zone;

Lin Tianlu served as the deputy researcher of the management committee of Fujian Fuding Industrial Park;

Dismissed Fu Lijun from the post of deputy secretary-general of the Ningde Municipal People's Government;

Removed Zhang Huahan from his post as deputy director of the Ningde Municipal Development and Reform Commission;

Dismissed Lin Bin from his post as deputy director of the Ningde Economic and Information Commission;

Removed Guo Haiming from his post as deputy director of the Ningde Transportation Bureau;

Removed Zhang Yufei from his post as deputy director of the Ningde Municipal Bureau of Commerce;

Removed Chen Jian from his post as deputy director of the Ningde Municipal Sports Bureau;

Wang Jianhua was dismissed from his post as deputy director of the Ningde Municipal Tourism Bureau.
