On the afternoon of August 31, 2021, the traffic management detachment of the Tongliao Municipal Public Security Bureau held a cadre meeting, and Zhang Zhijiang, member of the party committee and deputy director of the Tongliao Municipal Public Security Bureau, and Liu Miao, deputy director of the Political Department of the Tongliao Municipal Public Security Bureau, attended the meeting and announced that Comrade Liu Yanhua was appointed as the leader of the traffic management detachment of the Municipal Public Security Bureau. The meeting was presided over by Deputy Director Liu Miao. At the meeting, Deputy Director Liu Miao read out the documents of the appointment of Liu Yanhua's detachment leader, and Liu Yanhua's detachment leader made a statement from the four aspects of party loyalty, unity of comrades, honesty and self-discipline, and innovative development, and signed the "Ten Leading" commitment letter in accordance with the requirements of the municipal party committee.
