Out of Xi'an Railway Station, along Jiefang Road to the south through the five intersections, in the north of the East New Street Cross to the west there is a road called West 2nd Road, or when going to the railway station from the East Street along The Shangde Road to the north walked through the East New Street Cross, after encountering the first intersection on the east side of the road and turning right into it is West 2nd Road.
The West Second Road is not long, and you can see from one end to the other at a glance. The mobile phone map shows that the distance between the intersection of Shangde Road and West 2nd Road to the intersection of West 2nd Road and Jiefang Road is 210 meters, and it takes only 3 minutes to walk.

Turn from Shangde Road to West 2nd Road, (North Of the Road) On the left-hand side of the building is a car beauty care shop, and (South of the Road) is a construction site surrounded by a white wall.
The gate of the construction site is facing the Wanjing Business Hotel on the north side of the road, and to the east of the Wanjing Business Hotel is the iron gate of Wanjing Garden.
To the east of the black iron gate of Wanjing Garden is the entrance to the Wanjing underground parking lot, and under a building on the east side is the gate of the Wanjing Shaogong Marketing Center and the Sweeten Boutique Apartment.
On the south side of the road, the white wall encloses the east side of the construction site and the north gate of the ICBC West Second Road Family Hospital, and the building next to the roadside is the ICBC Family Building.
On the north side of the road, the east side of the Sweeden Boutique Apartment until the east entrance of West 2nd Road is also a construction site, but the wall is decorated with antique decorations.
The ICBC Family Hospital on West 2nd Road is Suning Life Square to the east until Jiefang Road.
Some people may feel curious, West Er Road said a total of Suning Life Plaza, ICBC Family Hospital and a construction site in the west, the north of the road on a Wanjing Garden just 210 meters on the street how there are Wanjing Business Hotel, Sweeten Boutique Apartment two places to stay, in fact, the West Er Road west of a wall across the People's Building there is a more upscale Sofitel Hotel, west of the West Er Road on the east side of Jiefang Road there are many other grades of hotels.
Some people may be more curious when I say this, West Second Road usually has no one on the whole road all day during the day, so how can hotels and apartments on this road have business?
In fact, this has to start from 1935: in 1935, the Longhai Railway was opened to Traffic in Xi'an, and the xi'an railway station opposite the east end of the West Second Road was the Xi'an Railway Station, which was also called Zhongzheng Road (before the xi'an Railway Station was built, shangren Road), and now the West Second Road and the East Second Road in the east are called Chongti Road.
After the train was connected to Xi'an, Jiefang Road in front of the railway station became the most important urban road in Xi'an, and the Jiefang Road soon became the most prosperous area in Xi'an.
At the same time as the prosperity along Jiefang Road became bustling, refugees after the yellow river at the mouth of the Garden Mouth and refugees from the Great Famine of 1942 also came to Xi'an along the Longhai Railway, and they began to dig caves and build shacks along the railway line and the city wall, and later some people began to accumulate some funds to buy houses and settle down on both sides of Jiefang Road, including Xi'er Road.

Because it is close to Jiefang Road, which was once known as the first golden street in the northwest of Xi'an, especially after the reform and opening up to the shantytown transformation in the Minyuan area, from the railway station to the Dachashi cross of the East Avenue, every day the road is crowded from morning to night, and the tourists and businessmen who come from the south to the north need accommodation, so for a long time, the entire hotel on both sides of Jiefang Road is not short of customers, until 2010, after the completion and opening of the Xi'an North Railway Station, many people chose to take the high-speed rail and train to the North Railway Station. There are fewer people staying here.
I remember when I was in school, the Minyuan area has not yet begun to demolish and renovate the West Second Road and several other roads next to it, both sides of the road are private houses, at that time, although the houses were very low and very old, but at that time the house prices were low and the rent was cheap, and people outside the city would say that they earned the same money as the dustpan.
