On October 28, at the 250th press conference on the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in Beijing, Ding Sheng, member of the party group and deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, introduced that the city further tightened the epidemic prevention and control measures at the construction site. Strictly implement the "Ten Strict Measures", make it clear that the construction site is managed by the general contracting unit, strictly implement the closed management measures of the construction site, and require the construction unit, the supervision unit, and each subcontracting unit to obey the management of the general contracting unit. It is required that the centralized residents of the construction site follow the principle of "non-essential do not go out" to minimize the flow of personnel at the construction site and minimize the risk of transmission and cross-infection. Strict management of personnel entering and leaving the construction site, for all personnel entering the construction site, adhere to the verification of Beijing health treasure, itinerary code, the implementation of temperature measurement, registration and other measures. Strengthen the management of key personnel and key sites at the construction site, conduct nucleic acid testing on key personnel at the construction site on a regular basis, and conduct regular environmental sampling and testing for key places such as dormitories, toilets, and kitchens in the living area of the construction site, and adhere to the same prevention of people, objects, and places.
