
According to a number of media reports such as Radio Corbe and Marca, Lucas Hernandez does not need to go to jail, provided that the player does not commit a new crime within 4 years.
The Madrid court has already ruled on Lucas' appeal, which ruled that the player did not need to go to jail. The sentence was subject to a 4-year suspended sentence during which Hernandez had committed no new offences, as well as a 240-day fine of €400 per day (€96,000 in total).
