South Korean singer Lee Ki-kwang announced today that he has formally sued Kim Geun-tae, a candidate for representative of the National Party of Korea's proportionality, who smeared him.
Kim Geun-tae held a press conference in the South Korean Parliament on the 8th of this month, announcing that he had mastered the evidence of Creativer's illegal means of brushing the list, and said that it had been confirmed that the singers who had brushed the list through the company were Park Girl, BADKIZ, blushing Si Chun, Song Ho-yi, Yong Zhuo, YOYOMI, ALi, Lee Ki Kwang and others. As for Kim Gen-tae's claims, Lee Ki-kwang announced today that he had formally sued Kim Gen-tae for infringing on the right to reputation of others after recently denying the list.
Lee's agency said that Kim Gee-tae's disclosure of the singer's name without any confirmation and spreading the wrong information had a huge negative impact on the parties, so the company decided to take legal measures to deal with it, and if it was investigated in the future for this case, the company would provide any required information to law enforcement.
