Zhao Ping, a 74-year-old whose family lives in Changchun City, has been practicing tap dancing since she retired in 2005, and she is a "senior" student in this class with an average age of 66.

Zhao Ping introduced that this tap dance class started in 2005, and she has been in class and has never been left behind. "When I go home, I will also practice on my own, and I want to interpret the movements more accurately and beautifully."

Zhao Ping and her old sisters have performed on stage in Shandong, Shaanxi and other places. "After practicing dance, my legs and feet are flexible, and my mentality has become better." Zhao Ping said that people around her often asked her the secret of staying young, and her answer was to dance. "When practicing dance, stand up, put it away, straighten up, only when dancing is young people."

"After dancing, the mentality becomes positive and sunny." Zhao Yanji said that she had practiced quietly in the corridors of the hospital, just to give herself a little confidence in fighting the disease. Fortunately, the disease has long been cured.

On the day of the interview, Zhao Ping and her old sisters showed reporters old photos of their performances on stage 15 years ago. When recalling the past, they held hands again to perform the show of that year, and it was as if they saw their own 15 years ago.
