The thoughts of going up to the tall building alone are vague, and the moonlight is like water and water like the sky.
Where are the people who come to look at the moon? The scenery is vaguely like last year.

Time is like flowing water, always flowing forward, in the river of time, people experience sorrow and joy, but they cannot stay for it. The poet's melancholy comes from this, revisiting the old place, even if you can easily see the scenery of that year, but you have long lost the mentality of the time, and you will only sigh in vain.
