
Recently, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau organized food safety supervision and sampling inspections, sampling biscuits, catering foods, tea and related products, fried food and nut products, egg products, starch and starch products, soy products, convenience foods, bee products, pastries, canned food, wine, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, sugar, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, aquatic products, fruit products, quick-frozen foods, confectionery products, 1070 batches of samples of 26 major categories of food such as condiments and beverages were detected, and 16 batches of samples of 9 major categories of food such as catering food, pastries, alcohol, meat products, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, and condiments were found to be unqualified. Unqualified food involves the total number of colonies, chlorpyrifos, residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, in terms of Al), dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of dehydroacetic acid), the sum of the proportion of the respective amounts used in the mixed use of preservatives to their maximum use, morphine, codeine, non-volatile acid (in terms of lactic acid), alcohol, acid price (in terms of fat) / acid value (KOH) and other indicators.
For the unqualified food found by sampling, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision department to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products from the shelves to control risks; strictly deal with violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law; and timely disclose the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal taken by enterprises to the public, and report to the provincial bureau.
The specific situation of supervision and sampling of unqualified food is hereby notified as follows:
1. Guiyang Yunyan Baihui Wanjia Food Store sells Erguotou liquor (Beijing flavor) produced by Guizhou Guoba Liquor Co., Ltd., where the alcohol content does not meet the requirements of product label labeling. The inspection institution is Guizhou Provincial Testing Technology Research and Application Center.
Second, the fritters sold by Zhang Yajun Catering Shop in Nanming District, Guiyang City, of which the residual amount of aluminum (dry samples, calculated in Al) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. Third, Guiyang Yunyan Baihui Wanjia Food Store sold, nominal Guizhou Guoba Liquor Co., Ltd. production of Baogu wine, of which the alcohol content does not meet the requirements of product label labeling. 4. Beef jerky (spicy) sold by the Huijie Native Specialties Operation Department of Wuchuan Gelao and Miao Autonomous County, nominally produced by Wuchuan Autonomous County Zeran Food Co., Ltd., of which the total number of colonies does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. 5. The small pressed oil sold by Guizhou Zheng'an Zhongbo Investment Co., Ltd., nominally produced by Zheng'an Tongxing Grain and Oil Co., Ltd., of which the acid value (KOH) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. The inspection institution is Guizhou Provincial Testing Technology Research and Application Center.
Sixth, Zhongshan District Yonghong Commercial and Trade Distribution Center sold, the nominal Guizhou Qian acid king food Co., Ltd. production of Kaili balsamic vinegar, of which the non-volatile acid (in terms of lactic acid) content does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. 7. The old soy sauce (brewed soy sauce) (brewed soy sauce) sold by Guizhou Nongtou Food Co., Ltd. and nominally produced by Guizhou Jinsha Yumo Paomuwan Vinegar Industry Co., Ltd. (production date: 2021/4/21), of which the total number of colonies does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. 8. The small buckwheat cake produced by Yangwanqiao Halal Food Co., Ltd. of Weining County, in which the residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, calculated in Al) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards and does not meet the requirements of product label labeling; the detection value of dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (measured in terms of dehydroacetic acid) and the sum of the proportion of the respective amounts used in the mixed use of preservatives do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. 9. Guizhou Weining Binlong Shopping Co., Ltd. sold, nominal Dafang County Tianyu Food Development Co., Ltd. production of neighbor girl potato chips (spicy), of which the acid price (in terms of fat) does not meet the requirements of product implementation standards. 10. The old soy sauce (brewed soy sauce) (production date: 2021/5/8) sold by Guizhou Nongtou Food Co., Ltd. and nominally produced by Guizhou Jinsha Yumo Paomuwan Vinegar Industry Co., Ltd. (production date: 2021/5/8), of which the total number of colonies does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. 11. Weining buckwheat crisp produced by Yangwanqiao Halal Food Co., Ltd. of Weining County, in which the detection value of dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (measured by dehydroacetic acid) and the sum of the proportion of the respective dosages of preservatives when mixed use account for their maximum use do not meet the provisions of national food safety standards. 12. The local celery sold by Sinan Lingyu Department Store Co., Ltd., in which the residual amount of chlorpyrifos does not meet the national food safety standards. The inspection institution is Zunyi Product Quality Inspection and Testing Institute.
13. The sum of the proportions of the respective amounts of preservatives used in the mixed use of preservatives in the dongzang bad peppers produced by Guizhou Meitan Spicy Girl Food Co., Ltd., which is nominally produced by Guizhou Meitan Spicy Girl Food Co., Ltd., does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards. 14. The total number of colonies sold by Guiding Xinggang Department Store Trading Co., Ltd., nominally produced by Chenqin Food Processing Factory in Pingdingying Town, Yong'an County, Guizhou Province, does not meet the requirements of product implementation standards. 15. Spinach sold by RT-Mart Commercial Co., Ltd. in Duyun City, Guizhou Province, in which the residual amount of chlorpyrifos does not meet the national standards for food safety. The inspection institution is Zunyi Product Quality Inspection and Testing Institute.
16. Pig's foot soup processed by the Baling Four Seasons Bean Rice Hot Pot Restaurant in Xingren County was found to contain non-edible chemicals morphine and codeine. The inspection institution is Guizhou Provincial Testing Technology Research and Application Center.
