It is understood that Ruian City launched the construction of "Moxiang Yunjiang Calligraphy and Painting Ruian", which is not only to actively respond to the call of the Wenzhou Municipal Party Committee to create a "Bookish Society and Ink Fragrant City", to give full play to the advantages of Ruian calligraphy and painting talents, to create a "Moxiang City" with calligraphy and painting talents, excellent works and social effects, and also to inherit and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of Ruian City and promote the construction of "Cultural Ruian".
Ruian has always been a scholar of literature, cultivating and reading heirlooms, famous masters, Ruian sages are good at calligraphy and painting, and there are celebrities on behalf of celebrities: Ren Daoxun Gongshu Shanshan painting, Huang Yangzheng writing Qufu Confucius tombstone inscriptions, Jiang Ligang as a generation of calligraphers, Sun Yiyan, Sun Zhenming, Xu Qizuo, etc. since the Qing Dynasty have enjoyed a high reputation, Chi Zhizheng is called "the first stroke in the southeast", and the modern calligrapher Zou Mengchan is one of the early members of the Xiling Printing Society. The ink treasures and calligraphy of these sages are all ruian's precious cultural heritage and spiritual wealth.
There are also many contemporary Ruian calligraphy and painting masters and art lovers, Ruian city has 14 members of the national calligraphers association, 50 provincial members, 1 member of the national artists association, 28 provincial members. Among them, there are Chen Yanglu, Cai Tsunami, Ding Muyou and a number of artists with top-notch standards in the field of domestic Chinese painting and calligraphy, as well as a large number of young people who are up-and-coming in the art of calligraphy and painting. Their works have been selected and awarded in various calligraphy and painting exhibitions such as "National Exhibition" and various individual exhibitions. Ruian City also actively builds a platform for calligraphy and painting talents to become famous and become a family, supports the creation and production of fine calligraphy and painting products, and holds more than 100 calligraphy and art exhibitions such as the "Art Yun Yuhai" calligraphy and painting sketch exhibition and the "Hanmo Xiangrui" fine art calligraphy works exhibition; for 6 consecutive years, it has carried out cultural service volunteer activities, opened 13 cultural volunteer public welfare training classes, and trained more than 1,500 calligraphy and painting enthusiasts.
At the launching ceremony, Ye Yan, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and minister of publicity, pointed out that Ruian City will give full play to the advantages of Ruian calligraphy and painting talents, and actively create a good atmosphere of "every family has four treasures of literature and painting, and everyone learns calligraphy and painting skills" by carrying out four series of activities such as "personal exhibition of calligraphy and painting masters", "calligraphy and painting salon", "cultural volunteer service activities" and "excellent calligraphy and painting works tour exhibition", and launch the "Calligraphy and Painting Ruian" brand. Through efforts, we will cultivate ten "Moxiang Campuses", ten "Moxiang Units", ten "Moxiang Village Societies" and ten "Moxiang Families", and truly build Ruian into a "Moxiang City" with talents in calligraphy and painting, excellent products and social effects.

After the launching ceremony, as one of the construction activities of Moxiang Ruian, the exhibition of Ye Huimin's calligraphy works was exhibited at the Ruian Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and more than 50 calligraphy works of Ye Huimin with the theme of poems and articles of historical celebrities of Ruian and couplets were exhibited in a concentrated manner, which won the unanimous praise of the leading guests and the public present.
