On September 16, the research team led by Qiao Jianjun, director of the Agricultural and Industrial Committee of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, conducted a survey on the development of the brewing industry cluster in our city. Liu Kai, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Luliang Municipal People's Congress, and Zhao Tingcheng and Wang Baoqi, leaders of the city, accompanied the investigation.
Baijiu is the traditional pillar industry of Fenyang, with a brewing history of more than 6,000 years, 68 existing brewing enterprises, 36 allocation liquor enterprises, including 6 regulated enterprises. In recent years, the city has deeply implemented the decision-making and deployment of the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to promote the high-quality transformation and development of the industry, strengthen the construction of the park, and create a provincial liquor industry development platform; take industrial upgrading as the starting point to support enterprises to improve quality and expand quantity; implement brand strategy and support enterprises to open up the market; strengthen the construction of quality and safety systems to ensure the safety of liquor food; increase policy support and optimize the business environment; support talent training, encourage technological innovation; highlight green development and ensure winemaking ecology. Make every effort to promote the high-quality development of the liquor industry.
The research team successively went deep into the Fenjiu Museum, Zhongfen Wine City, Shanxi Fenyang Wang Liquor Co., Ltd., Jiajiazhuang Town Gufutu Village Brewing Sorghum Base, Shanxi Xinghuacun Liquor Group Grain Storage Co., Ltd. and other places, through listening to reports, field visits, discussions and exchanges, etc., to learn more about the enterprise's brewing technology, production capacity, brand building, operation and sales, raw material supply and other situations and difficulties in development.
The research group hopes that Fenyang City will continue to increase policy support, create an excellent environment, adhere to planning and guidance, and vigorously support leading enterprises with strong driving capabilities and large growth space; it will enhance scientific and technological innovation, deeply integrate traditional crafts with modern science and technology, continue to promote product innovation, strict market access standards, continuously enhance brand awareness, further improve the development level of brewing industry clusters, and provide strong support for the implementation of rural revitalization and agricultural development.
