On October 21, 2021, "19.21", a cultural and artistic institution under Wangfu Zhonghuan, jointly held the "MOODS Emotions" art exhibition with photographer and director Xia Yongkang (Wing Shya) at the "No. 19 House" in Wangfu Zhonghuan. Starting from the "MOODS Emotions" art exhibition, the competition takes Xia Yongkang's "Strolling in the East City" photography route as the theme scene, and openly collects life, nature, portraits, architecture, humanities and other related photographic works created with the theme of Beijing's "East City", and starts a photography journey to discover the beautiful East City!
