On the afternoon of December 2, the unveiling ceremony of the Pudong New Area People's Proposal Collection Office and the launching ceremony of the theme collection activity of "And Li Pudong New Departure" were held in the office center of the new district. Hang Yingwei, deputy secretary general of the municipal government, deputy secretary of the district party committee and mayor of the district, and Wang Jianhua, director of the Municipal Office of Letters and Visits and the Municipal People's Suggestions Collection Office, attended the ceremony and jointly inaugurated the "Shanghai Pudong New Area People's Suggestions Collection Office".
Before the unveiling ceremony, the leading group for the collection of suggestions from the district people combined with the actual work in Pudong, and identified 36 streets and towns and 6 units, including the Pudong Youth League District Committee, the Pudong Rong Media Center, the District Urban Transportation Center, the Zhangjiangke Founding, the Landong Neighborhood Committee of Tangqiao Street, and the Haishen Village Committee of Huinan Town, as the first batch of people's suggestion collection points.
In his speech, Wang Jianhua said that the establishment of the Pudong New Area People's Suggestion Collection Office is an important practice for the new start of Pudong, an important starting point for accurately grasping the new historical orientation and mission, and an important measure to adhere to the "people-centered" development. He stressed that it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of the talent highland, and on the basis of the "doorstep" service system, the collection network will be further expanded to buildings, communities and enterprises, and the collection channel will be expanded from offline to online. It is necessary to make good use of the people's suggestion collection points around the masses, recruit and gather "expert consultation" that is "sent to the door", and build a mass think tank that gathers all-round, multi-level, and wide-ranging talents. Efforts should be made to break down departmental barriers, strengthen the linkage of departments and blocks, and form a closed-loop management from collection to landing for the suggestions and matters reflected by the masses involving universality, policy and tendency through process reengineering.
Li Zelong, member of the Standing Committee of the District CPC Committee, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, and head of the Leading Group for the Collection of Suggestions from the District People, attended the unveiling ceremony, and Deputy District Governor Lu Xuecheng presided over the meeting. The relevant responsible comrades of the city and district, the main responsible comrades of each street and town, and the responsible comrades of the representative units of the people's suggestion collection points in Pudong New Area attended.
At the listing ceremony, the theme collection activity of "And Lipudong New Departure" was launched simultaneously. It is understood that this collection activity will take the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Pudong New Area and the reform and opening up as the theme, and focus on the collection of suggestions for the whole society. Pudong New Area has opened the "Pudong People's Suggestion Collection" WeChat public account, further building a three-dimensional collection platform of "online + offline" and "online + handheld", and comprehensively helping Pudong New Area achieve high-quality development.
