During the training, Yan Hu, a medical doctor, a well-known psychologist and a special researcher, brought a special lecture entitled "A Unique Class Teacher Education Teaching Tool - The Psychology of Children's Painting", so that the students understood that painting is the third way for children to express "language", which can reduce children's stress. As a class teacher, you can understand the inner world of children through painting, which is conducive to the development of the work of the class teacher.
After listening to the lecture, the training was observed in different sections. The students of the primary school section came to Dishuihu School, and Teacher Zuo Shuang showed a vivid and interesting class meeting lesson "Small Persistence, Great Progress", and then Teacher Wang Yingbo shared "Autumn Equinox Autumn Meaning, Thick Love"; The students of the middle school section came to Yizhi Middle School and observed the "5+2=?" taught by Zhao Qi of Yizhi Middle School and "Mobile Phone, My Life Is More Important Than You" taught by Teacher Zhao Qi of Xianggang Second Middle School. After watching the lessons, Bin Yonghe and Liu Tai made professional comments and guidance on the two classes in the primary and secondary sections respectively.
This training met the actual needs of the new class teacher's work, let everyone find ways and methods to solve the actual problems of the class, and also adjusted their mentality and improved their professional ability. It is reported that the training, sponsored by the Xiangtan Municipal Education Bureau and undertaken by the Xiangtan Education Institute (Xiangtan Primary and Secondary School Teacher Development Center), is mainly carried out in the form of theoretical teaching, practical activities and group independent learning, lasting five days and focusing on training in two stages: the first phase is from October 21 to October 23, and the second phase will be carried out in mid-November.
