01. Dragon Tiger Pavilion

Dragon Tiger Pavilion is a landmark building in the Fangchuan Scenic Area and the best place to see the three provinces. The bottom of the main building is a fortress-style design, reflecting the border pass of the country, and the top is an antique-style building, reflecting the traditional architectural culture of the Chinese nation, implying that the border pass fortress is indestructible. Dragon Tiger Pavilion has 13 floors with a total height of 64.8 meters, the first floor is the Fangchuan Border Defense Cultural Experience Hall, the second floor is the Fangchuan Ecological Experience Hall, and the third to twelfth floors are the service function area and the sightseeing function area. Standing in the south of the sightseeing area, the Tumen River slowly goes away, and the Russian-Dprk Railway Bridge crosses the river; the river and the sea are connected, and the scenery is spectacular; turning to the southwest, the mountains in the territory of the Douman River in North Korea are undulating, and the willow green river is blue; looking down to the southeast, the Russian town of Baudegornaya is close at hand; and then looking away is a flat and vast coastal plain and lake swamp, and at the end of the plain, the azure Sea of Japan is connected with the sky, like a silver ribbon floating in the sky.

02. Dragon and Tiger Stone Carvings

The word "Dragon and Tiger" was inscribed by Wu Dayi after he re-surveyed the eastern border of Hunchun between China and Russia in 1886. The stone carvings are 1.40 meters high, 1.38 meters long, about 1 meter wide, weigh about six tons, and are granite. The front of the stone carving is flat, and the two seal characters of "Dragon and Tiger" are engraved with double hook method, and the four characters of "Wu Da Shu" are engraved at the lower left end. The word "Dragon and Tiger" is thick and powerful, imposing, and is an abbreviation of "Dragon and Tiger", which means to defend the frontier to the death and is a monument to safeguarding the dignity and territorial integrity of the motherland.

03. "Soil" sign

The clay sign was re-erected in 1886 when China and Russia re-surveyed the eastern border, and is one of the boundary markers between China and Russia. On the east side of the "Tuzi Tablet" is the Russian town of Hassan, the city of Baudgornaya, and on the west side is the Tumen River, the border river of the Three Kingdoms. The "Soil" sign is 1.44 meters high, 0.5 meters wide and 0.22 meters thick, granite and rocky, and the three characters of "Soil Character Plate" are engraved vertically in the middle of the Chinese side, and the eight characters of "Guangxu Twelfth Year April Standing" are engraved vertically on the left side. On the Russian side is engraved the Russian "T" character, which translates to "tu". There are not many words on the "soil" sign, but the heavy history is deeply imprinted in it. At present, the "soil" sign is a provincial patriotic education base and a national defense education base. On October 7, 2019, the Boundary Clearance Monument (Tuzi Plate) on the Sino-Russian border was approved by the State Council and announced as the eighth batch of national key cultural relics protection units.
