ICBC introduced credit policies and financial products to enterprises on the spot.
On the afternoon of February 25, the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Hunan Branch of ICBC held a signing ceremony for the "Financial Cooperation Agreement on the Development of Advanced Manufacturing Industry and Industrial Projects in Hunan Province".
According to the agreement, in the next three years, ICBC Hunan Branch will invest no less than 150 billion yuan in credit to Hunan manufacturing industry, build a platform for in-depth cooperation between government, banks and enterprises, further promote the "three highs and four new" strategy, and strive to build a domestic advanced manufacturing highland.
Hu Weilin, vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, secretary and director of the party group of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and Zhang Shen, secretary of the party committee and president of the Hunan Branch of ICBC, attended the signing ceremony and delivered speeches.
Hu Weilin said that this year is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the beginning of the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan", and the beginning of the comprehensive implementation of the "three highs and four new" strategy.
In 2020, ICBC Hunan Branch launched the "Year of Improving Manufacturing Financial Services" to increase support for full-caliber investment and financing of manufacturing enterprises, with a total investment of 300.6 billion yuan and a net investment of 106.6 billion yuan in various types of financing throughout the year, all of which hit the best level in history. Among them, 69.3 billion yuan was invested in the "Five 100" projects and various financings of enterprises, with a net investment of 26 billion yuan; 36 billion yuan was invested in various financings of manufacturing enterprises, with a net investment of 4.6 billion yuan.
Zhang Shen said that he will deepen the implementation of the financial cooperation consensus reached with the Hunan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, promote the landing of the signed projects as soon as possible, and help Hunan build an important national advanced manufacturing development highland with pragmatic actions.
Specifically, Hunan Industrial and Commercial Bank will focus on supporting the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries and the cultivation of new momentum of emerging manufacturing industries; providing integrated and international services for the transformation and development of manufacturing industries; relying on the industrial chain to promote chain services and risk management and control, providing customized and comprehensive financial support for the cultivation of advanced manufacturing clusters; and actively helping troubled enterprises to solve difficulties and reduce financing costs.
At the meeting, ICBC Hunan Branch signed bank-enterprise cooperation agreements with 10 core industrial enterprises and industrial cluster construction enterprises in Hunan Province, such as Zoomlion, Sinopec Baling Petrochemical, and Lens Technology Co., Ltd., with a total of 82.4 billion yuan of intended credit.
