First, we must not be afraid of hardships. Fear of hardship, everything is difficult to achieve. Third, we must not be afraid of setbacks. Fear of setbacks and achieve nothing. On the road of struggle for the people, it is inevitable to encounter setbacks. In the face of dissatisfaction and setbacks, the cadres of the organization work must not complain about the world, but must have an open mind, a far-sighted vision, and pragmatic actions, so that they can rise up, rise up, and act in the face of setbacks.
