The new leading bodies of the people's congress, government, and CPPCC were elected
On the morning of October 24, at the third plenary session of the first session of the 18th People's Congress of Pingjiang County, Ling Xiaoming was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the Pingjiang County People's Congress, Peng Fangjian was elected as the county magistrate of the Pingjiang County People's Government; Yu Xiong, Li Hong, Li Liming, Li Yuanzhi, and Wu Shangyong were elected as vice chairmen of the County People's Congress Standing Committee; Li Shishi, Qiu Wenjuan, Xia Hai, Yin Youxiang, Li Sanjun, Wu Shuguang, Yang Zheng, and Zhu Yuan were elected as vice county governors of the county people's government; Zhang Yi was elected chairman of the county supervision committee; and Zheng Jun was elected president of the county people's court. Li Hua was elected chief procurator of the county people's procuratorate (it is necessary to submit it to the Standing Committee of the Yueyang Municipal People's Congress for approval in accordance with legal procedures).
At the first meeting of the 11th Pingjiang County Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on October 23, Xiong Jiangxin was elected chairman of the Pingjiang County CPPCC Committee; Wu Xiangqian, Pan Ruyi, Xiang Xiaoyan, Zhou Xiaohui, and Zheng Xiangping were elected as vice chairmen.
Yueyang County
On October 26, at the first meeting of the 18th People's Congress of Yueyang County, Zhou Feng was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Yueyang County, Wu Guangwen was elected as the county magistrate of the county people's government; Wang Weibing, Peng Bifang, Hu Bingyang, Wu Chengmian, and Ren Sanxing were elected as vice chairmen of the standing committee of the county people's congress; Tong Xunhai, He Li, Hu Haiping, Chen Yuchun, Li Dejun, Zhang Wenyi, Xu Guangning, and Li Ying were elected as deputy county governors of the county people's government; Yao Shumao was elected as the director of the county supervision committee; and Gu Tian was elected as the president of the county people's court. Min Fujun was elected as the chief procurator of the county people's procuratorate (subject to the decision and approval of the Standing Committee of the Yueyang Municipal People's Congress in accordance with legal procedures).
At the first meeting of the 14th CPPCC Yueyang County Committee on October 24, Zhou Li was elected chairman of the Yueyang County CPPCC Committee, and Liu Weibing, Peng Rongxin, Yu Wangxin, Zhang Zhongxin, and Wang Min were elected as vice chairmen.
Huarong County
On October 26, at the third plenary session of the first session of the 18th People's Congress of Huarong County, Li Xuesong was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the Huarong County People's Congress, zhou Peng was elected as the county magistrate of the Huarong County People's Government; Huang Jianming, Luo Shaohong, Liu Shaowen, Zhang Zhaolin, and Hu Yuhua were elected as vice chairmen of the County People's Congress Standing Committee; Pan Dianhong, Tu Juan, Zhang Xinglong, Xie Guanghui, Yi Bin, Li Xun, Zhang Hua, and Mao Yanjing were elected as vice county governors of the county people's government; Chen Gaofei was elected as the director of the county supervision committee; and Jiao Wei was elected as the president of the county people's court Deng Jun was elected as the chief procurator of the county people's procuratorate (it is necessary to submit it to the Standing Committee of the Yueyang Municipal People's Congress for approval in accordance with legal procedures).
At the first meeting of the Ninth Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Huarong County on October 24, Zhang Dahong was elected as the chairman of the Huarong County CPPCC Committee, and Wen Liping, Li Jinsong, Yi Xiangyu, Zhu Xiantao, and Huang Sheng were elected as the vice chairmen of the CPPCC County.
Xiangyin County
On October 25, at the third plenary session of the first session of the 18th People's Congress of Xiangyin County, Deng Miao was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the Xiangyin County People's Congress, Liu Shiqi was elected as the county magistrate of the Xiangyin County People's Government; Gan Zheng, Tao Na, Liu Zhiwei, Zhang Pingping, and Shao Chiogeng were elected vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the County People's Congress; Ye Gang, Luo Qi, Zhang Yaling, Liu Yong, Liao Xiaohu, Liu Zhizhong, Liu Jiexiong, and Deng Aoli were elected as deputy county governors of the county people's government; Yao Hengyi was elected chairman of the county supervision committee; and Zhang Meng was elected president of the county people's court Xu Jianhua was elected chief procurator of the county people's procuratorate (subject to the decision and approval of the Standing Committee of the Yueyang Municipal People's Congress in accordance with legal procedures).
At the first meeting of the 11th Xiangyin County Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on October 23, Yang Xinxin was elected as the chairman of the Xiangyin County CPPCC Committee, and Huang Xinkai, Gan Wenwei, Xiong Guoting, Zhou Xuebin, and Hu Shali were elected as the vice chairmen of the CPPCC County.
Linxiang City
On October 25, at the first meeting of the 18th People's Congress of Linxiang City, Li Qibao was elected as the chairman of the Standing Committee of the Linxiang Municipal People's Congress, Liu Qi was elected as the mayor of the Linxiang Municipal People's Government; Sun Shaoyou, Chen Changying, Li Chuili, Xiong Li, and Yu Hao were elected as the vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the Linxiang Municipal People's Congress; Li Feng, Cao Chao, Yang Shan, Li Weifeng, Du Weidong, Li Kailong, Li Jianping, and Yao Tiejun were elected as vice mayors of the Linxiang Municipal People's Government; Gong Shengwei was elected as the director of the Linxiang Municipal Supervision Commission; and Zhang Qing was elected as the president of the Linxiang Municipal People's Court. At the first meeting of the 10th Linxiang Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference held on October 24, Peng Haiyun was elected as the chairman of the Linxiang Municipal CPPCC Committee, and Fang Xiaohong, Ma Rong, Yin Jianxin, Deng Wei and Li Zhuo were elected as the vice chairmen of the Linxiang Municipal CPPCC Committee.
Miluo City
On October 25, at the first meeting of the 13th People's Congress of Miluo City, Wang Minqiu was elected as the chairman of the Standing Committee of the Miluo Municipal People's Congress, Lin Hengqiu was elected as the mayor of the Miluo Municipal People's Government; Wu Gaoming, Yi Hong, Li Caihong, Xu Shengzu and Wu Jiwei were elected as the vice chairmen of the Miluo Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee; Yang Sheng, Huang Ping, Li Ming, Liu Yong, Fu Wenyong, Wu Yanping, Ren Na and Cao Tao were elected as vice mayors of the Miluo Municipal People's Government. At the first meeting of the 11th Miluo Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference held on October 23, Qiu Zhengyong was elected chairman of the Miluo Municipal CPPCC Committee, and Chen Linghua, Huang Yonghong, Xu Liang, Daniel Zhang and Zhou Yaling were elected as the vice chairmen of the Miluo Municipal CPPCC Committee.
Yunxi District
On October 26, at the third plenary session of the first session of the Sixth People's Congress of Yunxi District, Wu Yuezhong was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Yunxi District, Jiang Chunyan was elected as the governor of the Yunxi District People's Government; Ye Xiaoping, Cao Xianliang, Liu Zhongping, Yang Hong, and Zhang Qijun were elected vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress; Huang Dajiang, Xiang Biao, Yang Jianqin, Fu Qianzhou, Liao Xinhua, Xia Lihai, He Xu, and Wu Changhua were elected as vice district chiefs of the district people's government; Deng Xuwang was elected as chairman of the district supervision committee; and Xu Hui was elected as president of the district people's court Ouyang Cheng was elected as the chief procurator of the district people's procuratorate (it is necessary to submit it to the Standing Committee of the Yueyang Municipal People's Congress for approval in accordance with legal procedures).
At the third plenary meeting of the first meeting of the sixth session of the Yunxi District Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on October 24, Wang Laiping was elected chairman of the Yunxi District CPPCC Committee, and Lu Wenbo, Xiao Yangyi, Zeng Haibing, Yang Chongyan, and Li Mei were elected as the vice chairmen of the cppcc committee.
Junshan District
On October 25, at the third plenary session of the first session of the Sixth People's Congress of Junshan District, Luo Yao was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the Junshan District People's Congress, Chen Miao was elected as the district governor of the Junshan District People's Government; Feng Weimin, Chen Kejuan, Zhu Qi, Liao Yumin, and Li Wei were elected as vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress; Shen Shu, Tan Jiaxu, Ye Kaiwen, Yu Hanping, Yang Shudong, Gao Yueyuan, Zhou Zhen, and Zhang Jie were elected as vice district chiefs of the district people's government; Li Qingguo was elected as the chairman of the district supervision commission; and Liu Chunlong was elected as the president of the district people's court. At the first meeting of the Sixth Committee of the CPPCC Junshan District on October 24, Fu Dabin was elected chairman of the Junshan District CPPCC Committee, and Yang Zaixing, Gao Benyi, Yan Ruoliang, Hu Si, and Liu Hong were elected as the vice chairmen of the CPPCC Regional Committee.
