Cheng Zhenyang, male, born in 1961, is a member of the Communist Party of China and the deputy director of the Great Mediation Committee for Contradictions and Disputes in Xindu District, Xingtai City. He is a veteran party member, a veteran and a full-time people's mediator. After the army was restored, he served as a security cadre, an assistant policeman, and a village party secretary, and for more than 30 years, he took root at the grassroots level, no matter what position he was in, he always worked diligently and adhered to the original mission of "the masses have no small matters". Zhang Lei: Selfless dedication to nursing for 20 years, being a caring person for disabled soldiers
Zhang Lei, male, born in 1979, a resident of Xinquan Community in Dahuoquan Subdistrict Office, Xindu District, is a member of the Communist Party of China and a nurse in the First Section of the Rongjun Department of the General Hospital for Retired Soldiers of Hebei Province. After more than 20 years of work, he has carefully cared for disabled soldiers of the first to fifth grades, assisting them in eating and dressing, bathing and turning over, handling defecation, etc., and dedicating his youth and love without regret. He accompanied the disabled soldiers to do dialysis, picked up the sick several times a day, cold and summer, never delayed; he rushed to the rescue on rainy nights, did not care about wearing raincoats, carried sandbags in the rain for two hours, prepared for the prevention of water in each ward, and guarded the peace of the disabled soldiers; he often boiled millet porridge, stewed crispy meat, bought fruits and vegetables for the disabled soldiers, accompanied them for the New Year's Festival, and gave them the warmth of home; he cared for the last journey of the disabled soldiers' lives like children, so that they could walk in a dignified manner. Lv Lianping: Bravely rescued four trapped people in the torrent
Lü Lianping, male, born in 1980, is a member of the Communist Party of China, secretary of the party branch and village director of West Taizijing Village, Taizijing Township, Xindu District, Xingtai City. In 2017, he returned to the village as the secretary of the party branch, leading the party members and the masses to carry out the work of human settlement environment improvement, epidemic prevention and control, and agricultural structure adjustment, and achieved good results. In 2021, he led the youth in the village to form a flood prevention and rescue commando team, cleared debris and dredged the river, insisted on duty in the rainy night, and bravely saved passers-by in the torrent, ensuring the safety of the lives of the masses. On the night of July 21, Lu Lianping led the youth flood prevention and rescue commando team to temporarily transfer 31 people, persuade more than 50 vehicles to return, and rescue a total of 18 trapped people.
