Zhang Yao, male, Han ethnicity, born in December 1968, Huarong, Hunan, on-the-job graduate degree, began working in June 1991, joined the Communist Party of China in June 1990.

From June 1991 to October 2010, he worked in the Bashang Police Station of the Huarong County Public Security Bureau, the Nanhuadu Police Station, the Ma'anshan Police District, and the Public Security Brigade; from October 2010 to March 2019, he served as the deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Huarong County Cpc Committee and the director of the 610 Office; from March 2019 to June 2019, he served as the deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Huarong County Cpc Committee (at the level of a full section); and since June 2019, he has served as the deputy secretary of the Party Committee, deputy director and senior police chief of the Huarong County Public Security Bureau.
