In addition, the coldest winter in the history of Hangzhou was not within the time of the la Niña incident.

It can be seen that when La Niña occurs, the probability of being cold in winter is indeed greater. However, in the context of global warming, the factors affecting China's winter climate are more complex, and it is unscientific to predict that the future winters will be colder based on La Niña alone.
