Wangcheng, Hunan, ancient Jingchu County, from QinShi County, Sui belonged to Changsha County; Song divided into Changsha County and Shanhua County; in 1912, the two counties of Changchang and Shan were merged into Changsha Prefecture, which was changed to Changsha County the following year; Wangcheng County was established in 1951; Merged into Changsha County in 1959, and restored the establishment of Wangcheng County in 1977. At present, it administers 15 townships, with a total area of 946 square kilometers and a population of 530,000. Within the territory, there are Changsha Tongguan Kiln, where the world's ceramics are the birthplace of color, Shutang Mountain of the great calligrapher Ouyang Qingshiju of the Tang Dynasty, the beautiful Heilu Peak, the Guo Liang Martyrs' Cemetery and lei Feng Memorial Hall, the Ancient Town of Jiangnan Water Town Jinggang and the President of the Buddhist Association of China, master Shaved Dye Ancestral Temple, and so on.
