At the beginning of 2012, in a corner next to the A320 elevator assembly site, once upon a time, rows of fences were erected here; quietly, racks of goods were placed here; unconsciously, a figure flashed here; several people from all over the world gathered in this area, and they would show their strengths: in the tooling maintenance area that few people cared about, there was always a figure busy before cutting the tooling, and under his precise cutting and polishing, the uneven surface of the tooling gradually flattened. However, the polished resin powder has unconsciously adhered to his cheeks and pants, and his exquisite skills and selfless enthusiasm for work have even been praised by foreign colleagues. This figure comes from this area; whether in forming, cutting, or assembling, there is always a figure hovering in the middle of various tooling, using various precision instruments to detect the key components of the tooling and make detailed records, he repeats the simple and cautious work every day, tirelessly, and the almost nitpick inspection standards also win the praise and trust of the boss; he comes from this area.
