On the morning of August 24, the 13th Qinhuangdao Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China held its first plenary meeting, electing Wang Xi as the secretary of the municipal party committee and Ding Wei and Fu Zhenbo as the deputy secretaries of the municipal party committee.
