All townships (streets) and relevant departments shall establish a prevention and control mechanism with the main leaders as the commanders, the forestry management and technical backbone at all levels shall be the general commander of the frontline of prevention and control, and the secretaries of the village branches shall be responsible for the specific prevention and control tasks within their jurisdiction, forming a situation of prevention and control of mass prevention and control.
According to the technical regulations, according to the occurrence of the Cypress poisonous moth in the jurisdiction, starting from the end of May, it is suitable to set up a moth lamp group in the open terrain near the cypress forest area, and every night from 20:00 to 1 a.m., each lamp group implements a special person responsible, and effectively achieves the "three fixed and three diligences": positioning, setting the lamp, fixing the person, fishing insects, adding water diligently, and refueling diligently to ensure that the booby trap achieves good results.
At the same time, all townships (streets) and relevant departments always put the safety of people and livestock and environmental protection in the first place, strictly implement the safety precautionary plan, and do a good job in the safety warning of safe prevention and control of the use of electricity; in the process of arranging lights and cleaning up the use of drugs, implement special personnel responsible for tracking; when encountering special circumstances such as windy, rainy, thunderstorm, and weather, assign special personnel to strictly implement the early collection of the line and stop operations.
