Pingtan is one of the few places in China where such wonders can be seen, and unlike fireflies on land, seaflies emit a cold, dark blue light that often appears along large areas along the coastline.
Sea fireflies generally appear in May and July every year, with the south wind day and high tide, you can see such a miracle, but you can not find it, you can see it is fate! And once the sea fireflies leave the sea, they can only survive for 100 seconds. So this beautiful and romantic sight is also very short-lived!
Not only that, Pingtan is also the mysterious Qilin Island described in the "Notes on tomb robbery" that has been very hot in the past two years. From the map, the floor plan of Pingtan Island is extremely similar to that of Qilin Island.
In addition, the legend of the dumb emperor in chapter 18 is also very similar to the legend of the semi-ocean stone sail on the sea more than 500 meters west of the village of Kan'ao in the northwest of Haitan Island. In addition, the rich underwater cultural relics under the Pingtan Sea are also the same as the underwater tombs in "Notes on Tomb Robbery"!
Pingtan County is composed of 126 islands and 702 reefs, known as "a thousand reefs and a hundred islands", is the closest place to Taiwan in the Chinese mainland, and the planned Beijing-Taiwan Expressway is planned to reach Taiwan through here!
