In accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws and regulations on the management of construction qualifications, the Liangshan Prefecture Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has reviewed the relevant materials submitted by the applicants for administrative licenses, and in order to ensure the fairness of the review and increase the transparency of the review, the audit opinions are hereby published to widely accept social supervision.
If there is an objection to the review opinion, the administrative license applicant may submit electronic appeal materials (content: (1) appeal application; (2) detailed supplementary materials), and submit them to the Liangshan Prefecture Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau in the system before 17:00 on September 2, 2021 (please go to the window of the Administrative Examination and Approval Section of the Liangshan Prefecture Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau on the 3rd floor of the State Government Administration Bureau), which will not be accepted after the deadline. When consulting and reviewing opinions and submitting appeal materials (all materials need to be stamped with the official seal), the authorization letter of the enterprise legal person or the introduction letter of the unit should be brought with it, and the original ID card of the person handling it.
Where all units and individuals in society have made a report on the authenticity and other circumstances of the license applied for by the applicant for an administrative license, please provide detailed written materials, the unit report should be stamped with the official seal and real contact information, and the individual report should be signed with a real name and a copy of the ID card and the real contact information, otherwise, it will be regarded as an invalid report.
