Li Wen, male, Han ethnicity, born in April 1968, Mianyang, Sichuan, university degree. He began his career in September 1990 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1997.

From September 1990 to September 1994, he was a police officer of gongjing district bureau of zigong city public security bureau;

From September 1994 to November 2003, he was a police officer of the Former An County Public Security Bureau;

From November 2003 to March 2012, he served as the captain of the criminal police brigade of the Former An County Public Security Bureau;

From March 2012 to May 2016, he served as a member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Yuan'an County Public Security Bureau;

From May 2016 to March 2021, he served as a member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Anzhou Branch of the Mianyang Municipal Public Security Bureau;
