It is understood that Zhang Na was born in May 1994, joined the army in September 2013, and is now a member of the Chinese Bayi Navy pentathlon team. From October 18 to 27, 2019, at the 7th World Military Games held in Wuhan, China, Zhang Na participated in the Navy Pentathlon Competition as a member of the Chinese Bayi Navy Pentathlon Team, ranked first with a total score of 6270 points, won the Navy Pentathlon Women's Championship, and helped the Chinese team win the Navy Pentathlon Women's Team Championship, won three gold medals, and made significant contributions to the motherland. On June 28, 2020, the Training Management Department of the Central Military Commission issued a circular order to award Zhang Na the first class merit medal of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the first class merit of the individual.

The members of the Meritorious Service Commendation Group are composed of relevant leaders of the Huizhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, the Huizhou Military Sub-district, the Huizhou Municipal Veterans Affairs Bureau, the Longmen County CPC Committee, the County Government, the Longmen County People's Armed Forces Department, and the County Veterans Affairs Bureau.

At the ceremony for Zhang Na's family to receive the good news of meritorious service, Wu Xiaofei, political commissar and colonel of the Huizhou Military Sub-district, read out the good news of Zhang Na's meritorious service award, and together with Liang Guanbin, deputy secretary general of the Huizhou Municipal Government, director of the Bureau of Letters and Visits, and director of the Shuangyong Office, Niu Guodong, secretary of the party leading group, director of the Huizhou Veterans Affairs Bureau, and deputy director of the Shuangyong Office, and Chen Weiliang, secretary of the Longmen County CPC Committee, wore ribbons and large red flowers for Zhang Na and her relatives (father, mother, and brother).
