It is understood that the hot spring county cross-country ski resort project is built in accordance with international competition standards, the site selection planning scope is about 359 hectares (5385 acres), the overall planning of the project site is divided into two parts of cross-country skiing track and snow amusement park, and there are also middle and middle-level ski trails and recreational snow areas planned around it. Next year, Onsen Prefecture will partially harden the asphalt pavement of the ski slopes and carry out roller skating training to achieve the four-season training function of summer wheel and winter snow, while the rest of the route sites can also be used as mountain bike riding routes to achieve the efficiency of its four-season use.

At 3:00 a.m. on October 20, five snow machines will be put on trial to make snow. "One machine can produce 70 to 80 cubic meters of snow per hour." Fu Helin, the person in charge of the project, said that there are currently 10 snow machines, and after the snow machines that have been installed tonight have no problems, the other snow machines will be put into use at the same time. Initially, the start of operation is set for the end of October.
