Jiang Hua: Carry out the "five contacts and five households" to do practical things to relieve people's worries

Since the beginning of this year, the Political and Legal Committee of the Jianghua Yao Autonomous County CPC Committee has conscientiously organized the cadres and workers of the whole committee to carry out in-depth "five links and five households" theme activities with the main contents of "linking projects, enterprises, small (social) districts, and areas and villages responsible for creating literature; party members contacting households, visiting households with people's feelings, linking industries to households, implementing policies to households, and providing accurate services to households," and devoting themselves to doing practical things for the masses to relieve people's worries.

Implement the "five links" system to gather public opinion and people's livelihood

Organize party members and cadres to go deep into projects, enterprises, small (social) areas, responsibility areas, and rural frontlines. Establish a clear orientation of "project is king", establish and improve the problem closed-loop solution mechanism of "problem collection, accurate handover, time-limited settlement, and solution of sales number" and the whole process supervision and examination mechanism of "pre-argumentation, in-process supervision, and post-event review", since the launch of the activity, the leaders of the committee have led the team to visit the project more than 60 times, solve the general problems in the project construction on the spot, and urge the functional departments to solve difficult problems within a time limit; continue to deepen the "mother-style" service, and the leaders of the committee and cadres and workers have focused on carrying out large visits, big explorations, and big publicity for the contact enterprises The "four major actions" of the great supervision and reform, go deep into the on-site office of the enterprise, coordinate and solve various problems; establish the "five guarantees" mechanism of residential areas, buildings, units, floors and families in the four residential communities of the county, guide party members and volunteers to play the role of "five big members" of policy and regulation propagandists, information collection and submission personnel, neighborhood dispute mediators, people's livelihood appeal clerks, and pioneers of emergency, difficulty and danger, and comprehensively create "five good small (community) districts".

Implement the "five-to-household" task and solve the problem of urgency, difficulty, and anxiety

In connection with the work of rural revitalization, with the Tianqiao Village hanging up by the Political and Legal Committee of the county party committee as the focal point, five key households, such as households that are prone to returning to poverty and causing poverty, low-income five-guarantee households, households with serious illness and serious disabilities, empty-nest elderly households, and left-behind children's households, will be given priority contact with cadres and workers to ensure that "all should be linked"; every household will be issued with a "card for serving the people", and the masses will be called and supervised at any time and anywhere; the "diary of people's feelings" will be printed for every party member and cadre, and the "family affection visit law" will be actively implemented, so as to achieve the "five ones" (once a month, Every quarter, we will have a telephone call with the migrant workers of the contact households, help to do a practical job, go to the homes of the contact households to clean up once, and work together with the contact households for one day; implement the "five must visits" (must visit the red and white happy events, the entrance examinations, the sick and hospitalization, the accident disasters, and the traditional festivals); deepen the "five must talk" (talk about the party's kindness, talk about the policy of benefiting the people, talk about getting rich, talk about legal knowledge, and talk about village-level affairs).

Since the beginning of this year, the party members and cadres of the Jianghua Political and Legal Committee have claimed 13 problems of "urgency, difficulty, and anxiety" of the masses, and 9 of them have been solved; they have helped the masses in Tianqiao Village to develop 12 "five small industries" such as small breeding, small vegetable gardens, small orchards, small trades, and small workshops; they have adhered to the requirements of precision and long-term effectiveness, and have accurately implemented policies for different targets such as low-income households, sick households, petitioning households, industrial households, business households, and student households in Tianqiao Village, and carried out warm condolences to many low-income households in Tianqiao Village, and coordinated new crown vaccination for the rural sick people. Activities such as health examination, psychological counseling, medication guidance, and health knowledge publicity helped resolve 6 contradictions and disputes, and 17 hidden dangers were investigated and rectified, which further enhanced the people's sense of gain, happiness and security.
