Hongyan, as the revolutionary base of Chongqing, is the seat of the leading organ of the Southern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. In the novel "Red Rock", the vivid characters such as Jiang Jie, Xu Yunfeng, and Cheng Gang make the "Red Rock Spirit" an important component of the "Red Gene", which is in line with a series of red spirits. They quietly passed on all kinds of news in prison, and even insisted on publishing Chongqing's underground party newspaper, "Jinjin Bao", and were unmoved by the enemy's threats and inducements, severe torture, and even death threats. Such superhuman perseverance and courage are a powerful force for faith and ideals. Today, in the new journey of comprehensively building a modern socialist country, it is bound to withstand various risks and challenges, and only by strengthening our ideals and convictions and maintaining the original intention of struggle and hard work can we set the course of quasi-reform and development in the new journey of the future.

Stay focused, rock solid. Whether in the years of revolutionary struggle or in the period of peaceful construction, under the temptation and drive of various interests, it is by no means lip service to always be innocent and clean. On the eve of the founding of New China, due to the emergence of traitors in the party, a large number of communist party members in the chongqing underground party were unfortunately arrested. These traitors in the Party, in the face of temptation, lost their basic principles of Party spirit and became accomplices of the Kuomintang reactionaries. Epidemic prevention and control, flood relief, rural revitalization, engineering construction... There will always be people who shed tears, shed blood and even sacrifice, and only with the courage not to be afraid of sacrifice and dare to sacrifice can we reap the fruits of victory.
