It is proposed to focus on strengthening the management of urban and architectural styles, continuing the cultural context of Guangzhou's famous historical and cultural cities, and showing the symbiosis of historical culture and the characteristics of the times in Lingnan.
The Notice puts forward a number of strict regulations for the construction of new high-rise buildings, including: strict control over the construction of super-high-rise buildings in the first line of Baiyun Mountain and the Pearl River; and not to build new super-high-rise buildings in areas with high development intensity, dense population and traffic congestion in the old city.
