On October 31, local time, in Spain, a man was arrested for "throwing a human head in a garbage can", and at first witnesses mistakenly thought it was a Halloween prank.

According to the Daily Mail on November 1, the police confirmed that a human head emerged from the bag carried by the suspect, who quickly threw away the bag and fled, and has now been arrested. The man's trash can for discarding human heads is located on central avenue in Huelva. Witnesses initially mistook it for a Halloween prank, and local reports suggested the man even showed the head to passers-by, including children.

At about 3 p.m. on the 31st, in the southwestern city of Huelva, near the border between Spain and Portugal, the police received an alarm because citizens realized that the head was real. The arrests were carried out after 9 p.m. in a nearby apartment, where police also found the body of the deceased, a friend of the detainees, aged about 50. Neither's names were announced.

Footage that appeared today shows police inspecting bags containing heads after the area was blocked. Other police officers were also photographed interviewing witnesses a few feet from the street. At present, the police have not issued any response to the matter. (Text/Eight Barrels)
