On October 30 and 31, the 2021 first-class cost engineer professional qualification and economic professional and technical qualification (junior and intermediate) examinations, as well as the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination in the second half of 2021, will be held. According to the requirements of provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control, candidates participating in the above examinations need to issue a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and candidates who come to and return to Shen from key areas in China need to issue a negative nucleic acid test certificate at the place of departure and once after arriving in Shen. Candidates whose body temperature retest is still abnormal, have respiratory symptoms such as dry cough, non-green code of "Liaoshitong Health Code", and non-green code of "Communication Big Data Itinerary Card", in addition to providing a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours before the first exam, they must also provide a medical diagnosis certificate issued by a tertiary first-class hospital or have reference conditions for the comprehensive research and judgment of the deputy chief examination of epidemic prevention at the test center to enter the test center school.

Test takers are reminded to pay attention to the authoritative information on domestic epidemic prevention and control at any time, consult the epidemic situation and the latest epidemic control requirements in the cities and regions they have visited, and fully understand the specific requirements of Shenyang city for the prevention and control of the epidemic in key control areas, key areas and low-risk areas. Candidates should actively cooperate with the test center and examination room to do a good job in on-site epidemic prevention and control.
