The former residence of patriotic general Fan Shisheng is located next to lianjia primary school in Lianjia Community, Wuhua District, facing east and west, with a two-story wooden structure low house with a "concave" shape, covering an area of 325 square meters, and was listed as a municipal cultural relics protection unit in 2011. In 2015, Lianjia Primary School applied for the rational use of Fan Shisheng's former residence after renovation and protection, which also used this to create a campus culture based on Fan Shisheng. At the former residence of General Fan Shisheng, Li Liang and his party visited the former residence and cemetery, listened to a report by Tang Jie, principal of Lianjia Primary School, on the protection and utilization of General Fan Shisheng's former residence. At the same time, it is required that Phuket Street pay special attention to the protection of cultural relics in the future transformation of the precinct.
At the sales centers of Vanke City and Dongyuan Yinjiangshan, Li Liang and his party listened to the situation report of the relevant responsible persons of the enterprise and inquired in detail about the project promotion, sales, apartment type, price, and whether the buyer could smoothly apply for mortgage loans. Li Liang demanded that enterprises should ensure the quality of the project, earnestly grasp the promotion of the project, ensure the construction period, strictly control the price, maintain the stable development of the real estate market, and safeguard the vital interests of buyers.
