On October 27, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Commission simultaneously announced the dismissal of four officials:
Wang Junfeng, secretary of the party committee and director of the Emergency Management Department of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and is currently under disciplinary review and supervision and investigation.

According to the official resume, Wang Junfeng was born in December 1964 and successively served as an officer of the Coal Administration Bureau of the Alxa League, the chief of the Coal Safety Production Section of the Baotou Township Street (Coal) Bureau, the deputy director of the Baotou Supervision Branch of the Inner Mongolia Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau, the director of the Inner Mongolia Coal Mine Safety Training Center, and the director of the Ordos Supervision Branch of the Inner Mongolia Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau.
In 2010, Wang Junfeng was appointed deputy director of the Coal Industry Bureau of the Economic and Information Technology Commission of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, director of the Coal Industry Bureau the following year, and deputy director of the Economic and Information Technology Commission of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2013, member of the party group and director of the Coal Industry Bureau.

Li Cai, Secretary of the Party Group and Chairman of the Hulunbuir Municipal CPPCC Committee, Mongolian, born in July 1962, Arong banner of Hulunbuir City, university degree, master of business administration, joined the Communist Party of China in May 1990, joined the work in July 1982.
He has served in Chenbal Tiger Banner for a long time, serving as the secretary of the Chenbal Tiger Banner Committee in 2007, the acting mayor of Manzhouli City in 2011, and the mayor the following year. According to the public resume, Xu Huhe is a Mongolian cadre, born in October 1954, a native of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia, with a university degree, who joined the Communist Party of China in September 1975 and began working in September 1970.
