The 2021 Lifelong Learning Week for All People in Henan Province will be held in Kaifeng, the ancient capital of the Eight Dynasties, to display the lifelong learning achievements of the whole people of Henan and the effectiveness of the construction of a learning society, and to publicize the beautiful Henan, learning Henan and happy Henan in the new era around the Yellow River culture, the Great Song culture, and the new achievements of reform and opening up, and start a new journey of building a learning city.
The 2021 Henan Province and Kaifeng National Lifelong Learning Activity Week is a key activity at the provincial level, and "the world's largest Song culture class" is the highlight of the activity week. The event actively responded to Kaifeng's strategy of "strong city of culture and tourism" and helped Kaifeng build a world historical and cultural capital.
With the theme of the Yellow River culture and the characteristics of the Song culture, the Song culture class invited Professor Cheng Minsheng of the School of History and Culture of Henan University to give a lecture, and through colorful interactive teaching activities such as recitation, singing and writing, it stimulated the interest of the whole people in learning, improved the public's aesthetics, strengthened cultural self-confidence, and promoted the ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin. The main venue of the event intends to apply for the Guinness Book of World Records.
"The world's largest Song culture class" will be held in Kaifeng City in mid-November, kindergartens, primary schools, secondary and higher vocational colleges and social groups and other units will participate in the online global live broadcast, covering young children, teenagers, youth, middle-aged, elderly and all walks of life, highlighting the lifelong learning results of the whole people.
At the same time, offline will launch a city-wide interaction, in the tower, dragon pavilion, city wall, Henan University, Kaifeng University, community school and university for the elderly and other attractions and landmark buildings set up sub-venues, the whole city will hold a Song culture class, igniting the whole city.
